Fine herbal spice on the nose, ripe mirabelle plums, renegade, yellow apple, mango, chamomile blossom, subtle woody spice. A creamy base opens up the palate, juicy fruit, caramel wood spice and subtle phenolics are closely interwoven, fine acidity and an ever-widening mineral salinity carry through to the long finish.
