Multi-layered and fresh aroma with fine savouriness, red cherries, currants, sea buckthorn, also yeast and smoke. Taut and muscular structure, clearly defined, without anything superfluous, fresh acidity, precisely extracted, fine-grained tannins, again notes of red cherries and wild plums, chalky minerality, good ageing potential.
