Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Initially still yeasty and savoury, some almond. With aeration also floral, some honeysuckle. Smooth and plump on the palate, a creamy vintage type. Ripe acidity, yet well balanced, not too opulent. The subtle spiciness of the aroma returns on the finish.
