Intense colour. Apple blossom and sweet cherry on the nose, low sulphur. Smooth, a touch of tannins, animated fruit on the palate, juicy, with some sweetness, a well balanced acidity. A wonderful rosé to have outside on a terrace, but also lovely with food, for example with grilled dishes.
