Tasting Notes
A trace of yeast, but also savoury minerality and salt liquorice. Some violet perfume emerges after more aeration. On the palate vibrant acidity is very well buffered by extract and smoothness, less by sweetness. A lucid, nervous, fine wine, both tactile and intensely mineral on the finish with excellent ageing potential.
