Ripe color. Smells as if some overripe grapes had been used: cooked berries, mace, white pepper, poivre longue, mushroom. Alcoholic on the palate, very soft tannins, slightly viscous, very subtle acidity. Original, but also somewhat lacking in tension. Good density.
