Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Ripe yellow apple fruit, some mango and delicate herbal savouriness, a hint of orange zest and honey blossom. Complex, juicy and elegant, fine acidity, mineral and salty on the finish, lingers well, has certain ageing potential.
