Slightly cloudy, light salmon pink, delicate mousse. Fine red forest berry nuances, a hint of cherries, delicate herbal savouriness. Juicy, sweet fruit at the core, ripe pears and greengage, mineral aftertaste, some damp hay on the finish, delicately spicy food wine.
