Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour with a deep core, and purple reflections. On the nose, a multi-faceted bouquet of ripe berry fruit with subtle tobacco in the background, fine spicy Triassic limestone and dark cherry fruit. The palate has a juicy, lively, refined style, with fine, supporting tannins, and a very persistent mineral finish, further ageing potential.
