Tasting Notes

Tasting from 01.09.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Freshly sliced green bell peppers, grapefruit, a savoury but not overly green aroma. Some mango. Silky on the palate, good texture, ripe acidity and no cosmetic sweetness, the wine has enough substance to be round and harmonious even without sugar. All of a piece!
