Restrained on the nose: some yeast, nectarine, red gooseberry, a slight smoky note, and only a vague hint of wood (?) - The palate seems to be of one piece, with a smooth foundation, ripe acidity, a very fine, silky texture, and an aromatically still closed, but very natural finish.
