Tasting Notes
Strong golden yellow; strong, lush bouquet, pastry notes, honey, ripe pears, apricot, quince, promises depth; broad attack on the palate, juicy acidity, a hint of carbonic acid, multi-layered; ends somewhat flat. Complex Pinot Gris, perhaps slightly filling, but well made.
