Exceptionally mineral on the nose with an almost peppery spiciness, plus mustard seeds and kitchen herbs, then fruit flavours with peach and grapefruit unfold with air. The fruit comes through clearly on the palate, dancing acidity, light-footed, fine juiciness, precise, good length.
