Medium salmon pink with orange reflections and a delicate mousse. Aromas of delicate elderberry cordial and wild strawberry confit, a hint of blossom honey and yeasty nuances. Juicy, balanced, elegant palate with integrated fruit and salty minerality. Lime on the finish. Versatile.
