The red wine »âgé» Pinot Noir trocken, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Grimm has been rated in 2017 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Developed wood spice, speculoos, sweet cherry, initial development, but with beautiful clarity. Juicy and nervy on the palate, wide-meshed tannins, but still with some substance, slight astringency on the finish, the acidity needs to integrate.
