Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Apple and apple peel on the nose, a touch of yeast, slightly herbal, also yellow fruit (apricot and reindeer clove). The pleasurable interplay of yellow fruit and taut acidity is the guiding motif on the palate, phenolics and fine spicy notes are added, lean and tightly built, good dynamics. A lot of wine for the money.
