Strong ruby gray, violet reflections, delicate edge brightening. Fine hints of dark berry confit on the nose, subtle hint of tobacco, some graphite and cedar spice, delicate notes of sweet dried fruit and licorice. Juicy and elegant on the palate, fine roasted plums, good concentration, fresh dark berry fruit, integrated tannins, light-footed style, fine red berry fruit on the finish, very fine food companion with ageing potential. Harmonious, stimulating style.
