Dark ruby with purple reflections and discreet brightening on the rim. Inviting aromas of dark berry confit, fine tobacco nuances in the background and notes of wood. Complex and powerful on the palate with black cherries, fruit, well-integrated tannins, mineral and taut. A long lasting finish with dark chocolate notes. Very approachable but certain ageing potential.
