The red wine »M« Kiedrich Wasseros Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Hans Prinz has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Distinct new wood, vanilla, also first ripe flavours, fig, prune. The palate opens with a pronounced texture, which is almost a vintage oiliness that integrates a quite dense, fine-grained tannin and powerful alcohol content. A Pinot Amarone that needs a dish to accompany it.
