The sparkling wine »1792 Privat« Riesling brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Hans Prinz has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of brioche, lemon zest, a fine minerality and light petrol. On the palate, the flint wine has a fine mousse, elegant acid structure, a creamy, full body, fine phenolics and a well-integrated residual sweetness. It is also a very good accompaniment to food.
