The pét nat »Pet Nat« extra brut, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Haug has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Johanniter from the region Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany.
Yeast, herbs, Mirabelle plum and grapefruit, guava and Boskop apple, some malt, light flowers. Juicy on the palate and also full-bodied with well-measured substance, fine, soft mousse that fills the palate, also citrusy and slightly tart, animating.
