Tasting Notes
Naturally cloudy. The aroma is quite pure and yeasty, with sweet floral tones and some apple peel and an overtone almost like hops. The palate is slender in extract, but not at all lean, with the yeast in solution giving fullness. The carbonic acid is fine and creamy, and a pinch of tannin emphasises the finish. Independent in style.
