The white wine »Steinmergel« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Heid has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Rather restrained, the Silvaner presents itself on the nose, cushioned and without spiky notes. On the palate it is not weak, but ideally balanced with civilised acidity and fine pear fruit. An extremely pleasant companion, medium-bodied, with an affinity for food.
