The multi-layered aroma hints at apple and apple peel, some cinnamon stick, fresh bay leaf, candied orange peel and ginger. On the palate, the wine combines a well-judged softness and drive in a refined way, fine acidity with a relaxed flow, the pronounced, ripe phenolics supports the strong structure, juice of tart apple and quince in the finish.
