Needs air and a large glass, lots of mineral savouriness, salt lemons, rock dust, fresh herbs, lemon balm, tarragon, watercress, chamomile, subtle vanilla. Very elegant on the palate, good use of wood, textured, salty-cool, well-integrated acidity, still far from the end of its journey.
