A rather light colour typical of BURGUNDY. Delicately savoury aroma: bay and wild raspberry, mint, juniper. Also notes of slate. The palate paints a detailed picture on a creamy foundation with fine but also grippy tannin, with juicy fruit and ripe acidity.
