Peppery terroir spice on the nose, as well as lemon balm and dried lemon peel. Some yellow apple is also apparent. Sweet and sour on the palate, with the light creaminess of the sweetness matched by a pithy acidity. Rather light in extract, it then finishes on the sweetness again.
