Tasting Notes

89
Tasting from 04.09.2007

Medium yellow-green. Floral nuances dominate the nose, also some blossom honey, fine peach fruit. Elegant on the palate, creamy texture, fine honey touch, delicate caramel note, very complex and concentrated, subtle slate-fresh terroir touch, powerful finish, delicate sugar residue on the finish. Good potential.
