Tasting Notes

Tasting from 04.09.2007

Medium yellow-green. Fine notes of blossom honey, yellow peach, delicate smoky minerality on the nose. Complex on the palate, with a fine, cool slate note underneath, full-bodied fruit core, sweet extract note, shows an almost red berry note in the aftertaste, salty and persistent, a powerful food companion.
