The red wine »Kairos« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hirth has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Lemberger, Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
On the nose, there are white pepper, tomato paste, and undergrowth, "wild" notes, cranberry, and malt. The fine-grained tannin does not overly characterise the palate; juiciness and fruit take up more space. The ripe acidity supports, and the alcohol is well integrated. Elegant and gastronomic.
