The white wine »Blauschiefer« Riesling trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Hoffmann-Simon has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Still closed on the nose, but with hints of slate savouriness. Lots of juice and some effervescence on the palate, an elegant structure halfway between Kabinett and Spätlese, balanced and rich in extract, mineral and with very good length.
