Tasting Notes
Peppery aroma, quite fresh, passion fruit, lots of juice and fruit on the palate, not too broad, but still with power, quite dry, but balanced and homogeneous, good length. Good pressure. Will improve with bottle age. "A Pouilly-Fumé style", wrote one juror, another drew parallels to a Silvaner.
