Tasting Notes
Freshly grated orange peel, but also clearly influenced by the terroir. Broad on the palate, initially powerful and full-bodied in the mid-palate, then immediately tactile and mineral until the long finish. Still young and compact, but with ample ageing potential for years of development.
More about the tastingMineral on the nose (red slope), restrained in its fruit, tangerine, soft initially on the palate, then carried by firm phenolics and a striking acidity, very still and built for the future, with good balance in a fully fermented style.
