The white wine Appenheim Hundertgulden Riesling trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Hofmann has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
A fine aroma of ripe apricot, green apple, lemon balm and a hint of meadow herbs. Lots of structure on the palate, wonderfully taut and focussed in the fruit. Mineral, sophisticated finish. A wine with certain ageing potential for the future.
