Tasting from 03.06.2014: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

An archetypal Kaiserstuhl Pinot Noir flavour: sweet cherry, herbs, Burgundy berries with notes of sweet almond and barrel (no new wood). Juicy accompaniment, subtle fruit, interwoven with minerality. Lots of finesse.
