Yeasty aroma with berryish, savoury Burgundy fruit in the background. Very cultivated on the palate, ripe acidity, supple background, quite complete and natural, more on the level of a local wine than an estate wine. A fine accompaniment to poultry. Or as a high-quality sundowner.
