It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauburgunder from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Still quite yeasty aroma, chewy. Creamy and almost viscous on the palate, aromatically still closed, but with substance and clear mineral notes. Present sweetness as an underpainting of the clear, only beginning to unfold fruit. A wine built with the idea of maturity.
