Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 14.02.2018: Ursula Haslauer, Ulrich Sauter, Michelle Bahro, Katja Klohr, Markus Wöhrle

Still quite yeasty aroma, chewy. Creamy and almost viscous on the palate, aromatically still closed, but with substance and clear mineral notes. Present sweetness as an underpainting of the clear, only beginning to unfold fruit. A wine built with the idea of maturity.
