Tasting Notes
The aroma initially shows a finely spiced shell limestone nose, very typical of Escherndorf, but the varietal type with its light nutmeg note is also vivid. On the palate, the wine has appetising proportions, juiciness and a lively acid nerve give structure and length. Very mature!
