The aroma is richly decorated with tropical fruits such as pineapple and papaya, yellow kiwi, lemon peel and grapefruit. Meadow herbs, grass and wormwood. Complemented by a delicate yeasty note. Fresh and youthful. Also playful and very fruity on the palate. Stable, clearly noticeable acidity underpinned by a delicate saltiness. Very vegetal on the finish.
