Ripe nose, dark fruity, nutty. Beautiful acidity on the palate, ripe but well-balanced, ripe yellow plum, apricot, baked apple, butter, stewed Boskoop apple. Ripe, but also vivid fruit, rhubarb. Also attractive from a gastronomic point of view because it is more reminiscent of an Auslese.
