Opulent aroma of ripe pear and yellow apple, yellow flowers, honeycomb, savoury notes, some cider and mead. Opulent on the palate with good substance and noticeable residual sweetness, full-bodied, creamy, chalky minerality, lingers on the palate for a long time. Lots of wine.
