Tasting from 01.09.2020: Ulrich Sautter

A vin nature nose with notes of Boskop and slightly balsamic and somewhat peppery overtones. Very restrained wood contribution, more structural than aromatic. Rich and round on the palate, continuing with a fresh, cool vein and ending with a juicy, light-hearted finish. Stylish!
