The white wine »Sur Lie« Hochheim Hofmeister Riesling trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Im Weinegg has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A distinctly yeasty aroma gives the wine a still rather closed impression, with aromas of dried lemon peel and grapefruit. Elegant on the palate, the wine has good balance and is not too sweet, the ripe acidity and a layer of suppleness carry through to the finish.
