The white wine Sauvitage trocken Schleswig-Holsteinischer Landwein, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Ingenhof has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points.
The nose reveals late harvest-type fruit: candied pineapple, red gooseberry. On the palate, a full-bodied, phenolic style impresses, ripe acidity and juiciness carry an extract-rich structure with measured alcohol, aromatically the wine lingers very long and intensely savoury.
