Delicate salmon pink in colour. Smells of ripe strawberries and white flowers, with a hint of ripe Mirabelle plums and mandarin. There's a refined interplay of sweetness and acidity on the palate, with some notes of Bonbon Anglais. Medium length on the finish, which is fresh and juicy with some salted lemon accents.
More about the tastingFruity-floral bouquet with notes of Mirabelle plum, grapefruit and apricot. There are also hints of white flowers and cherry. Juicy acidity on the palate, lots of citrus fruit, especially lime and some honey as well as yellow stone fruit and apple. Long, juicy finish.
