The white wine Walluf Walkenberg Riesling Auslese trocken, vintage 2007 from the winery Weingut J. B. Becker has been rated in 2017 by Martin Kilchmann, Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Ripe notes, lime blossom, candied peach, a honeyed tone, but then also almond paste, saffron. On the palate emphatically dry, melted phenolics, lots of substance, slightly viscous, silky, discreet acidity, structured like a burgundy, rich, generous and voluminous, but doing so without saturating. Showing beautiful development.
