Tasting from 09.09.2014

Complex aroma: some yellow fruit (mirabelle plum) behind spicy-balsamic and mineral aromas (sparkling). Round and rich on the palate, very expansive and almost creamy with comparatively subtle acidity, aromatic from the start to the finish. Rich, terpenic background, even a little viscous, but nevertheless without heaviness. Late harvest type with good length.
