Some paprika, grass clippings, but also candied lemon peel, quite clear. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a fine hint of fermentation carbonic acid. Good body, slimmed down by a ripe, length-giving acid nerve and a hint of saltiness on the finish. Very good length. An enigmatic wine.
