Light golden yellow in colour. A fine hint of botrytis, curry, blackcurrant and lemon on the nose. The palate opens with a brilliant, refreshing acidity, weaves fine sweetness and a layer of creaminess into the structure, finishes fresh and pointedly mineral. Fine and long!
