Yeasty notes, sweet flowers, acacia honey, roasted peanut, hemp, and peppery, limestone and spicy aromas. Some vermouth too! The palate begins soft and buttery, then slowly and discreetly develops a fine, mealy to sandy phenolics. The acidity is ripe and carries the structure, emphasising the mineral sides. Finally, the viscous, mild side of the wine dominates. A gentle orange wine.
